Everyone is welcome to participate in our classes, from beginners to advanced dancers or people who are just looking to get up and move. We offer many Israeli folk dancing classes taught by a master teacher as well as tap and dancercise. We also offer Tai Chi, Yoga and other classes to help you reduce stress and improve flexibility. Join us to practice and celebrate dance and movement.

We will practice poses inspired by nature and science, designed to increase energy, create calm and provide a path for growth and inner peace. Standing poses, twists, forward bends, backbends and inversions will help you find joy and comfort. Resting poses soothe the nerves and feed the soul.
