Everyone is welcome to participate in our classes, from beginners to advanced dancers or people who are just looking to get up and move. We offer many Israeli folk dancing classes taught by a master teacher as well as tap and dancercise. We also offer Tai Chi, Yoga and other classes to help you reduce stress and improve flexibility.
